Tricycle Gardens is a community
garden located in Church Hill on Jefferson Avenue between 23rd
and 24th Streets. Since the Garden's first growing season
in 2004, sixteen raised beds, pebble paths, a fence, and a
garden shed have been built through community work days.
Membership
Plots in Tricycle Gardens may be rented for an annual fee of
$60. This fee includes use of plot for all of the current
year, storage shed and tools, water, member notebook, workshops
and being part of cool & fun network of gardeners! Renters
are required to sign a plot lease agreement and must begin
garden activities by May 1st, or the plot may be given to
someone on waiting list. For more details on plot

Kid’s Garden Plot
One plot is available for rent by organizations that work
with children. This raised bed plot has already been
established, contains some plants and many children’s gardening
resources including possible volunteers are available. Contact

Kid’s Garden.
Tricycle Gardens is growing and
in the process of becoming an independent non-profit
organization. Donations of garden tools and money are welcomed.
